CARA was the Times Higher Education Charity of the Year 2009.

Albert Einstein led our first appeal for funds in 1933.  Today, you can give in several ways, and if you wish you can direct a gift to a particular programme: CARA's Central Fund, Iraq Appeal, Zimbabwe Appeal or Fellowship Appeal.  Every donation will ensure that CARA can continue to support persecuted and refugee academics to rebuild their lives and careers.
